EFA’s Comprehensive Coaching Programs

Since everyone’s goals, bodies, and disciplines are different, each program needs to be tailored around your lifestyle and schedule. Each program is constructed with the signature system and its 4 pillars: Stability, Suppleness, Strength, and Stamina. Based upon your initial equestrian fitness assessment you’ll receive specific advice and programming with corrective and accessory exercises. These are put into a holistic comprehensive program in the EFA app that’s easy to follow with personalized notes to guide and motivate you. 

New "PHASE" of Training Every Four Weeks

Each phase is called a “Jump” and our program needs to change regularly or your progress will stall similar to the show ring. So every 4 weeks we reflect upon how things are progressing and how it relates to the evolution of your goals. 

Our program is designed to challenge your body and push you to reach your fitness goals. With every 4 weeks of updated workouts, you will never get bored or feel like you are stuck in a rut. We also provide nutritional guidance and advice to help you reach your goals faster.

Monthly Coaching Calls

This time is used to set specific and clear physical fitness, mental performance, and overall well-being goals along with any other specific objectives each client wants to reference or receive. Program adjustments often take place during our monthly coaching sessions. Exercise that needs live clarification can be demonstrated and explained in depth. Sometimes we’ll talk about life and show schedule obstacles that are affecting the current training schedule. This is our time to strategize for the next ‘jump’ phase of training. Regardless of how we use them, we have a regular call each month.

Weekly updated workouts to keep you excited and motivated

 

Our weekly updated workouts are designed to keep you motivated and excited about your fitness journey. Every week, you will receive a new set of exercises that are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Our program is designed to challenge your body and push you to reach your fitness goals. With our weekly updated workouts, you will never get bored or feel like you are stuck in a rut. We also provide nutritional guidance and advice to help you reach your goals faster.

Video Feedback

Most riders in the program say that they had no idea this would be one of the most valuable parts of coaching. If you’ve never experienced it… you’re really missing out. Oftentimes riders are unsure if the exercise or movement they’re doing is done properly and if they are putting themselves in jeopardy of injury.  You send me videos of you performing the exercise(s) that you have questions about. I analyze your video and send you a response video with the proper corrections (if needed). 

I’ll explain: 

  • What I’m seeing
  • Show important indicators of success/growth
  • Explain and/or show how to fix certain problems

Habit Formation

If you’re not thinking holistically, prioritizing your stress, sleep, and nutrition, then it doesn’t matter which EFA program you have; you won’t make much sustainable progress. We work together to create strategies that will lead to healthy habits. The habits that will make you progress faster, feel better, and enjoy a more fulfilling life with your horses! Less pain, better performance.

Consistent Communication

We will consistently keep in contact within the EFA app through messaging. This is where we’ll chat about anything from challenges with specific exercises to how your overall wellness strategies and practices. Use this as you see fit. Most riders stay in close contact and some I only speak to on our coaching calls. Whatever works best for you, I’m here for you!
